  • Aquatic exercise program, open to the public, endorsed by the Arthritis Foundation
  • Work fitness programs, ergonomic evaluations and training performed by a physical therapist/exercise physiologist
  • Computerized isokinetic strength training and testing
  • Sports specific conditioning with a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist
  • Fitness testing
